Watercolor Designs by Lauren: Live Event Painting

How it works

I arrive with my colleague half an hour before start time and require a table and 2 chairs to

work from to be provided. Signage will be placed on table to direct your guests to the area.

My colleague takes pictures of the guests, and mingles before they can either watch the

creation, or go off to enjoy and then return to their own personalized illustration. There will

be a set time for guests to get their photo taken. This photo is used to create their hand

drawn/painted portrait. No standing and posing for a long time is required! Once the photo

session is “closed” I am solely working on the personalized portraits. Once they are

completed they will be hung for guests to collect and to take home. For smaller events a

“open/close” time is not required. Please see below for packaging details.

Things to think about…..

Do you want to limit one portrait per guest. In past events guests have attempted to get

multiple portraits. It has been up to the Wedding Couple whether they allow this or not. I as

the artist respect those wishes.

Any special requests such as Wedding couple name/date on portraits- you would need to

purchase a stamp for this

Package Add Ons (optional)

guests to purchase a portrait at a $15 rate. This rate only applies when the guests
