  • Includes Set poses guests pick from that speeds up the process and allows guests to get “more creative” portraits rather than a standard pose. Guests also have the option to do their own pose

  • Ideal for Weddings under 60 guests (or event with 60 or less guests willing to be painted)

  • Clients have the ability to set a “cut off number” for budget purposes, inquire for further info.

  • Lots of shadowing and little details!

  • Bride and Groom will always get a detailed portrait!

Package B

  •   Set poses guests pick from that speeds up the process and allows guests to get “more creative” portraits rather than a standard pose. Guests are only able to choose from these poses. Portraits are not as detailed.

  • Minimum of 3 hours at an hourly rate- possible additional fees may apply (see below)

  • Less detailed compared to package A

  • Ideal for guest counts less than 70 (or events with 70 or less guests willing to painted)

  • Clients have the ability to set a “cut off number” for budget purposes, inquire for further info.

  • Still detailed with shadowing, but limited on small details.

Package C

  • Set poses guests pick from that speeds up the process and allows guests to get “more creative” portraits rather than a standard pose. Guests are able to choose from these poses or can do their own simple pose. Portraits are very simple.

  •  Minimum of 3 hours at an hourly rate

  • Least detailed package but still a great choice for those who want to have as many portraits completed at the event.

  • Ideal for larger guest counts

  • Clients have the ability to set a “cut off number” for budget purposes, inquire for further info.

  • limited details and shadowing

  • Virtual Package

    For clients seeking a more budget-friendly option, or for those whose events have already passed but who wish to offer personalized gifts to friends and family, we are pleased to offer a virtual portrait package.

    This package includes examples of our artwork and a selection of poses to inspire your guests and help them choose a style that best suits them. We will provide clear instructions on how guests can take their photos and upload them to a secure virtual file. Using these submitted photos, I will create the hand-painted portraits.

    Completed portraits will be delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on the number of portraits requested.

    Why Choose This Option?

    Limited venue space: Smaller venues may not accommodate a live artist setup

  • To help you choose the right package, I recommend using the "80% rule" — meaning that on average, about 80% of guests choose to participate in the live portrait experience. Since most portraits are of couples, the total number of portraits tends to be around half the number of participating guests.

    Depending on the package you select and the total number of portraits, the time needed may exceed the typical 6–7 hour wedding or reception timeframe. In these cases, there are two options:

    • Option 1: I provide live painting services for the duration of the event, and any remaining portraits are completed afterward in the studio. These are then mailed to you for distribution to your guests. Additional costs would apply.

    • Option 2: You can set a portrait limit (for example, 60–70 portraits), and the live service will “close” once that number is reached — eliminating the need for any studio follow-up.

    Example:

    With a guest count of 230, about 184 people may choose to participate. Since most portraits are of couples, this results in approximately 90–95 portraits. Completing this number live would require around 10–11 hours, so you might opt for 6–7 hours of live painting and have the remaining portraits finished in the studio — or simply limit the number of live portraits to fit your timeline and budget.

    That number isn’t exact—it fluctuates based on several factors such as whether guests request portraits as couples, individuals, or groups, and how many are wearing patterned dresses, among other variables.

  • I’m based in Kentucky. For events within a 4.5–5 hour drive, I charge a standard travel fee. Any event beyond that typically requires flights, and those costs would apply accordingly.
